BIG 3 DIRECTORS
Chris WideloChris Widelo has been a fixture in Massachusetts lacrosse for over 10 years.  A defenseman at Division II Assumption College in the early 90's, he went on to be an assistant coach at Assumption after graduation and spent six seasons as the school's head men's lacrosse coach.  
In 2005 Chris served as the assistant varsity lacrosse coach at St. Peter-Marian High School in Worcester. Chris is currently an assistant coach at Mount Ida College and with Team Central.  Chris is Double-Goal certified by the Positive Coaching Alliance and has completed Level One of the U.S. Lacrosse Coaches ' Certification Program.
Regionally, Chris has coached the Bay State Games Metro Region Lacrosse team for five years.  He is also the owner of XCEL Lacrosse, an organization that provides lacrosse development and leagues for boys and girls of all ages in Central Massachusetts.  Still active on the club level, Chris plays defense and long stick middie for the Sandy Point Lacrosse Club out of Maryland.
Chris WideloJason Shemenski is in his second season as assistant coach for the Mount Ida College men’s lacrosse team.
Most recently from August 2007 to April 2008, Shemenski traveled to the United Kingdom to teach the game of lacrosse in the Bath area to several primary and secondary schools. He coached, organized, and promoted the University of Bath men’s lacrosse program and Bath junior program as well. One of his shining moments during his time in the United Kingdom was leading the University of Bath to the BUSA-South finals and capturing the Holder Trophy with the Bath U-14 program.
Shemenski was a part of the Skidmore College men’s lacrosse team from September 2003 to May 2007. He participated in the NCAA tournament in the spring of 2005 finishing 14th overall in the country. He was a part of Skidmore’s powerhouse defense that ranked in the top 10 in 2005 and 2006.
He graduated from Hendricken High School in Warwick, Rhode Island where he was a three time Rhode Island All-State athlete in lacrosse and led his high school team to one state title and was honored as most valuable player his senior season.
